This Long Haul Trucking Program Administrator specializes in the "for-hired" trucking segment with a focus on fleets ranging between 200-600 units, generating $12,000,000 or more in annual revenue. The policy form is an excess indemnity contract. The contract provides up to a $2,000,000 limit inclusive of a self-insured retention. The policy is tailored to the specific needs of trucking companies and includes: Auto Liability, Auto Physical Damage, General Liability, Cargo and Employers Liability. Each insured (Motor Carrier) participates in its own losses through the SIR (averages $250,000) which applies to all coverages combined (i.e. a basket retention). Although this business is all excess of an SIR, the Program Administrator handles the claims within the SIR for virtually all of the business. This program is written on an admitted basis.
