This program is a refuse haulers program that targets small to medium sized garbage operations that include both commercial and residential refuse haulers, transfer stations, material recovery facilities, recycling collection centers, landfills (but excluding pollution coverage), scrap metal dealers, haulers of recyclables, portable toilet companies, septic tank cleaning companies, site clean-up companies and haulers going between transfer stations and landfills. The majority of the accounts in the program are Commercial/Residential refuse related and service local distances under 50 miles in radius. The claims are being handled by a third party administrator.
